Sheep have been advised to stand well back.<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Transport spokesperson Dai Araf described the announcement as \u201ca major breakthrough for people who want a cup of tea slightly sooner\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe considered improving connections between north and south Wales,\u201d he said. \u201cBut that would involve years of planning. This just needed a roof rack and a lighter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Passengers will be issued with goggles, hearing protection and a plastic bag.
